When our kids were little we moved to a rural area and bought goats. I thought how neat it would be to milk goats, make ice cream, butter, and cheese, etc. After milking goats twice a day, 7 days/week, I decided this was more work than my nostalgia imagined. We kept a couple for pets, but stopped the milking. It's easier to buy 5 gallons of milk from a farmer, seperate the cream and make ice cream, etc. I live in central Wisconsin, USA I haven't used my cream seperators for quite awhile. LeRoy
