The Antique Cream Separator Gallery

Hi, I'm Lynda from New Zealand. I live on a small farm and make my own butter and am learning to make cheese. I have had a little to do with separators over the years due to growing up on a dairy goat stud.

 Separators are still a passion of mine. I restore them when I can and pass them on to people who want them for home use. I would hate to see these amazing things just rust away as garden ornaments, which is common in this country.

 I currently own a Alfa Laval No.1, a Lister Ball Bearing and a lovely little Swedish separator called a 'nugget'. Always wanting to learn more.
