I have a Montgomery Ward table top separator. The first time we used it, after the separated cream sat for a day or so, I made butter with it and realized it was already parital whipped. There was hardly any buttermilk and it turned REALLY fast. The milk that came out was foamy--so I think it's whipping the shnikies out of the milk as it separates. We don't have the wrench to adjust it, so my husband was going to try and jerryrig his own adjustor wrench. I'd love to see the manual, but there is no hyperlink. How can I get acces to view the manual? Thanks! Rachel at bewholeagain dot com | |
